Website is dishonest

I live in Alaska. I ordered a set of tires. Their website says they ship to Alaska. Put in my address and the order was accepted. A week later I had no notification of shipping so I wen to the website to check on my order. The order was cancelled. No notification. No email, text, phone call or anything.

Turns out, despite their accepting my order and website saying the ship to Alaska they do not. Completely immoral and disgusting company.

Bait and switch return processes

Highly suggest not buying from them as other sites who have cheaper tires have a return policy that doesn't charge you $20 a tire to return. Plus they expect you to pick up the tires from fedex or your charged for having them delivered to you. They wont charge you the restock fee if you purchase from them again. This is the bait and switch.

Not so simple

This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of ordering through. Nothing about this was "simple", I used the website to get me the correct size for my vehicle, and the wrong size was sent. But it doesn't end there, only 2 of 4 tires were delivered. I used this service because I needed the tires delivered before I left for college. Now I don't have them and had to leave them with my grandmother to worry about returning. After a long drawn out conversation, the solution is to send the two back and get a refund. However, I do not have a Fedex drop off location where I am from. There's one small drop box that will not accommodate 2 large tires. And as I said my grandmother is the one who will have to do it since I have left for college. Now I do not have tires, was not offered anything but hoops to jump through, and have a very non simple return process. Whenever I am finally able to get my refund, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Avoid Simpletire like the plague

Avoid Simpletire like the plague. Never, never buy from Simpletire! I have tires from simpletire on 3 of my vehicles. My last purchase with them they sold me installation at a local tire shop. The shop refused to accept the delivery and they sent them to my house instead, saying I would receive a refund of the installation charge plus a percentage off my purchase and the difference between what they charged for installation and what I ended up having to pay. They sent me "receipts" that they created themselves, and never gave me my refund. After spending months and hours corresponding with their"customer service" department, even going so far as to set up conference calls with the bank to confirm that no refund was received (which they refused to participate in) I gave up on receiving the $180 they owed me, as my time is valuable to me, and Simpletire obviously had no intention of honoring their promised refund or of doing anything to keep me as a customer. Don't waste your time with Simpletire or trust anything they may tell you.

Wont honor price after they billed my card

I ordered a set of 4 tires 5 days ago. They billed my credit card. I waited and finally today, i emailed them as i had not gotten a tracking number or confirmation yet. They emailed back, saying they couldnt fill the order and would refund my card in a few days. Said the tires i ordered were out of stock. Funny thing, i got back on looking for other options. The same tire i bought for $206.97/tire and was supposedly out of stock, was now listed as in stock and priced at $225.99. So they cancelled a purchase that was already paid for and lied, simply to not honor a price after the sale, due to a price increase…??? Never again will i buy from them and i highly recommend no one else does either.

Fantastic Service

Wow! A fantastic experience. The tires were delivered on the day mentioned which allowed me to pre-schedule their mounting, balancing, and alignment. I tried that once before with another "order online tire company," and they arrived two days late. Great job Simple Tire! Keep up the good work and don't ever change.

Bought 2 tires and they failed after 2…

Bought 2 tires and they failed after 2 months. Called customer service twice with no follow up from them. I'm out over $300 plus the cost of mounting the tires. Go to your local tire store to buy tires. If you have any issues you can get them resolved. Don't buy anything from these people.

SimpleTire.com is not a trusted place…

SimpleTire.com is not a trusted place to buy tires online. Twice I have purchased a set of tires, received the confirmation. And then Simple tire canceled the order with no expiration. Called to ask why and they gave me the same BS excuse about a wearhouse manager somewhere canceling the order. Two separate orders this has happened. I have no confidence that what they show on their website is actually for sale. That on top of the constant barrage of spam offers, it’s just not worth it. Save yourself the headache and go to AMAZON at least your order won’t be canceled and you’ll get your tires.

Amazing company .

Haven’t put enough miles on the tires to judge them but I would like to give a huge thumbs up to simple tire …. Shipped the same day and delivered in two days .. absolutely amazing..

Do the 750 x 18 tractor tires come with tubes or are they tubeless

They are tubeless which is alright with me and the way my other tire are on my Polaris Ranger Crew.

Stock is rotated and exchanged within a reasonable time frame from production dates.

What are the dates for the tires from Manufacturing?

Mine were 16 weeks old from my purchase date. That was the only thing I was impressed with.

Are you selling tires with manufacturing date of 4 years or more? If I order will you insure me that they are no more than 1 year from manufacturer

Manufacture date on my tire is 2018. That's considered new.
